Smart Ads AI ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Smart Ads AI application (the "Service"), a Shopify app that helps merchants create and manage Google Ads campaigns. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.
Shopify Store Data: Product titles, descriptions, prices, images, and inventory status. Used solely to generate AI-powered ad campaigns.
Google Ads Data: Campaign performance data including impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, and campaign settings. Accessed via OAuth 2.0 with your explicit consent.
Account Information: Shopify store URL, shop name, and email address as provided by Shopify during installation.
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our app, including features used and scan history.

Smart Ads AI is a Shopify app that uses AI to help merchants create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including product scanning, competitor analysis, AI ad copy generation, and campaign management.
By connecting your Google Ads account, you authorize us to create, modify, pause, enable, and remove campaigns on your behalf. All campaigns start paused. You are responsible for reviewing campaigns and for all advertising costs in your Google Ads account.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancel anytime through Shopify admin.
Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. If not cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid plan.
AI-generated content may not always be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing. We do not guarantee specific advertising results.
The Service is owned by Smart Ads AI. AI-generated ad copy created for your campaigns is yours to use. You retain rights to your Shopify data.
Smart Ads AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific advertising results.
You agree to comply with Google Ads policies. We are not responsible for campaigns that violate Google policies.
We may suspend access for violation of these terms. Uninstall the app to stop using the Service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
